Bård Harstad is the David S. Lobel Professor in Business and Sustainability and Professor of Political Economy at Stanford Business School. Harstad held the Max McGraw Chair in Management & Environment, Kellogg School of Management, and was a professor at the University of Oslo, before joining Stanford in 2023. He has also taught as a visiting professor at Harvard, MIT, and Toulouse School of Economics.
