David Blanchflower is the Bruce V. Rauner Professor of Economics at Dartmouth and part-time professor at the University of Glasgow and Research Associate at the NBER. He was an external member of the MPC at the Bank of England from 2006-2009. His book 'Not Working: Where Have All The Good Jobs Gone?" was published by Princeton University Press in 2021.
