Jordan Hristov is an Agricultural Economist currently working as freelancer after being six years with the “Economics of Food Systems" Unit at the European Commission Joint Research Centre in Seville. His work covers modelling of different agricultural, environmental and climate change policies. Jordan is also part of the CAPRI modelling team. Before joining the JRC in 2018, Jordan worked as researcher at the AgriFood Policy Centre and Centre for Environmental and Climate Science (CEC) in Lund with agent-based modelling. Jordan holds a PhD in Economics from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala. He also holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the same University and a BA in Agricultural Economics from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food in Skopje.
