Roberto Iacono is Associate Professor of Economics and Social Policy at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He is Managing Editor of the Journal of Income Distribution and a Member of the Scientific Committee of the Journal of Public Finance and Public Choice (JPFPC). He is also Country Lead for Norway of the Global Labor Organization (GLO), and a member of the Scientific Committee of Tax Justice Italia. In the academic year 2020-2021 he is Visiting Professor at the Department of Economics and Statistics of the University of Siena. His research interests are at the intersection between Public Economics, Labor Economics and Political Economy, with a focus on economic inequality and policy-relevant questions related to the «Nordic model» of economic development and welfare.
