Rudolf Winter-Ebmer is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Economics at the University of Linz and at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS) in Vienna, Austria. He is also President of the Austrian Economic Association and Co-Head of the Christian Doppler Laboratory 'Aging, Health and the Labour Market' Research Department.
His research interests are in labour economics, aging, and microeconometric policy evaluation. He is a member of the German Academie of Sciences. For further information see www.econ.jku.at/winter.
